Weston is growing like a little mushroom. His curiosity is getting bigger and bigger every day. I can't believe he is our one year old boy. Naturally, we had a family and friend bday bash. The theme was 'Wild West'. Wes. had so much fun with his family. The weather could not have been more perfect. :) Wes. enjoyed walking up and down the picnic sits and crawling around with his rings in hand. (ring stack) He loved visiting and being held by all his family. Here are a few pics below.
We had his bday bash at Oak Point Park at the Pavilion, Plano. The fire place was amazing. I wish we could have burned a fire.
Wes. and Grandpa. His very protective grandpa! He loves his grandpas! (all of them)
And of course, we all need a little snuggle time with Grammy. Wes. was getting so tired! He was a trooper.
The famous Smash cake. Created by Amanda Foose. What a great cake and it tasted divine!!! (of course, I was quality control!)
So, Wes. was falling asleep when we placed him in his high chair. (literally) Then we placed the cake in front of him and boy, did he go to town. Well, not eating the cake but trying to remove as much of the icing as possible.
Cousin Chloe was there to cheer him on!!!
The Damage!
He had an entourage of women on clean up duty. He was a clean boy afterwards.
The loot! I can't wait for him to play with it all.
Daddy and Granddad! Two of Wes. favorite people.
The gang! Grandma and Aunt Debbie and Debbie's momma.
Whitney and Auntie Aimee enjoying making bubbles and pipe cleaner flowers.
All in all, the day was wonderful. I know when Weston looks back on this day, (many many years from now) he will know he was loved!
"We love you are little Wild West!"
